How it started

The Wyth venture was built within Amigdala in March 2020. After a rapid design and validation phase, the company gained immediate traction, securing paid projects based on just the Figma prototype. By June 2020, Amigdala formally incorporated Wyth SA, and the journey to scale began.

Challenge

Wyth faced its first major challenge in mid-2020 when it secured a pivotal contract to serve as the platform for the first large-scale paid streaming concert in Italy during COVID-19. Heroes event, led by Live Nation, Friends and Partners, and Vivo Concerti, aimed to raise funds for live music workers affected by the pandemic. Wyth had just two months to build the full platform, including its go-to-market strategy, business model, pricing, and product-market fit—all in a competitive and crowded market space.
